By accessing, registering on, or using the epicjili platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the epicjili platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of epicjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the epicjili platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter.

epicjili reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to epicjili's satisfaction.

To access the full range of epicjili services, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) epicjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If epicjili identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited at epicjili's sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

epicjili is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by epicjili for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Your epicjili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. epicjili accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your epicjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply to your account:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your epicjili account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify epicjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• epicjili will never contact you to request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

epicjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to your notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless epicjili determines otherwise in its sole discretion.

epicjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. epicjili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your epicjili wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. epicjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your epicjili account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• epicjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within a few business hours.

All transactions on the epicjili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

epicjili is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. epicjili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

All games available on the epicjili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gaming conditions apply across all epicjili games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. epicjili does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, epicjili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.
• epicjili uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to live dealer game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. epicjili reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

epicjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. epicjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epicjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one epicjili account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or to place wagers.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the epicjili platform or its underlying software.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any epicjili content.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the epicjili platform.

Any unauthorized use of epicjili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by epicjili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, epicjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the epicjili platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if epicjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

epicjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your epicjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

epicjili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and epicjili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. epicjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.
